Unifying Business Operations for SMBs

As the founding designer at JOBR LLC, I designed a unified business operating system that consolidated product management, inventory, orders, bookings, payments, and analytics into a single platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The challenge: managing 50,000+ product variants across multiple sales channels while keeping the interface intuitive for non-technical owners. Result: 68–77% adoption rate, 8–12% annual revenue increase, and 5–7 hours saved per week per owner.

JOBR is an all-in-one commerce ecosystem built for small and medium-sized businesses - combining a point-of-sale system, delivery driver app, customer marketplace, digital wallet, and AI-powered merchant admin into a single, cohesive platform. As the founding and sole designer, I led the end-to-end design strategy across 6+ interconnected products, translating the complexity of managing 50,000+ products, payroll, bookings, and multi-channel operations into intuitive experiences built for non-technical SMB owners.

Mordern SaaS for Public Transport Operators

Tiko is a B2B & B2C transport-tech SaaS platform modernizing public transportation in Bangladesh - spanning e-ticketing, fleet management, HRM, and real-time analytics. As the founding product designer, I led design from zero across the operator admin dashboard, counter ticketing system, customer-facing ticketing experience, and the core design system - translating complex, multi-role workflows into scalable, intuitive interfaces.
