The designer behind the work.

For three years I was the founding and sole designer at JOBR, a commerce startup in Miami. I built their design system from scratch and shipped six interconnected products across web, iPad, and mobile before growing the team to three. The 68–77% adoption rate (industry average: 40%) didn't happen by accident. It came from treating every empty state, error message, and micro-interaction as seriously as the headline features.

I work well across company sizes and stages: startup, scale-up, or established. I'm experienced working remotely and asynchronously with teams across the US, EU, AU, and South Asia. If you need someone who can hold the full product in their head while sweating the details, that's the work I do.

Architected a 0→1 design system (component library and design tokens) for a B2B ecosystem platform, cutting feature delivery time by 40% across 6 SaaS products on web, iPad, iOS, and Android.
Redesigned onboarding and core interaction flows, lifting platform adoption from an industry-average ~40% to 68–77% across product surfaces.

Product Designer, AI Agentic Platform

Partnered with the founder and project manager to translate high-level business vision into product strategy, defining MVP scope and balancing business goals with user needs.
Led end-to-end UI/UX design for a GoHighLevel-style B2B ecosystem SaaS platform (web and mobile) with three distinct user tiers, Admin, Agency, and Sub-account, including role-based dashboards for user management, DNS/SSL setup, and multi-tier analytics.
Designed white-labeling workflows so agencies could rebrand the platform using theme color pickers, custom logo uploads, and live previews.
Built modular feature-management UI, including toggle systems for agencies to manage client access to AI tools (voice/behavioral cloning, 3D avatars).
